This program provides one month of assistance to single family households that are serviced by Pennsylvania American Water. Staff review the application and make decisions on the next steps for the household. Decisions can include grants being issued to assist the household, referrals to other service providers, and information about budgeting assistance programs to help the household towards the goal of being self-sustaining. Staff will also provide case management services to educate the consumers on different programs available to make the bill affordable for the household.
